Deposits & Payment

 

•  A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required to receive our shipping address and begin work. 

• Full payment is required before your quilt is returned. Unpaid invoices past 30 days result in abandonment and donation.

• Applicable sales tax will be added to shipping, materials, and service.

• Accepted payment types:  Visa, MC, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash (in-person)

 

Pricing & Materials 

• Edge-to-Edge quilting is $0.025/sq. in. for available designs unless indicated otherwise.  We will contact you before you ship your quilt for custom work beyond light meanders.

• Estimates may vary; we will gain approval for any additional charges over $25.

• Minky and flannel backings carry a $25 extra loading fee.  Denim and polar fleece backings are not accepted.

Quilt preparation & Results

• Fullness/puckering may need to be sewn in if it cannot be quilted out.

• Minor imperfections are normal.

• While machines are routinely maintained, mechanical failure causing damage is possible.

• We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

Cancellations & Agreement

• If Quilt N Things LLC cannot complete your quilting, it will be returned to you for no additional fee.

• By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms, authorize the work, and accept financial responsibility.
