My Story

My story begins long long ago in a far away land... oh wait, that's another story! 

 

My love for quilting began with my grandmother, who was always sewing outfits for us and our dolls. She made me my first quilt, which provided so much comfort during my childhood, and she taught me how to use a sewing machine—a tool I’ve kept in my home ever since.

As a teenager, I created my first "puffy quilt," and though it wasn't perfect, I loved it. Years later, when I needed three baby quilts in a single year, I decided to make them myself. After struggling to finish them on a domestic machine, I took them to a professional longarmer. Seeing those completed quilts hooked me instantly; I knew then that I wanted to help others finish their special projects.

After extensive research and hours of practice on my own longarm machine, I am excited to help you create your own special memories. Whether I’m at a quilt show or admiring a unique pattern, hearing the story behind a quilt makes my heart happy. I believe every quilt is made with love and deserves to be beautifully completed.
